Back by popular demand...  potluck lu’au at our Second Annual Ho’ike

All potluck participants are asked to bring their own utensils, plates, and napkins. The amount of food you bring should be determined by how many in your o’hana (family).

Drinks and desserts will be sold for fundraising efforts. We ask all haumana (dancers) to bring a dessert with Polynesian flare for this table, individually wrapped, please.

Drinks will be water and Hawaiian Sun drinks. Alcohol is not permissible on the school site.

All who attend are encouraged to participate in the lu’au feast by bringing one of the following:


Last names beginning with:
A-M Main Dish: kahlua pig, teriyaki chicken, loco moco, teriyaki tofu, Hawaiian pizza, or something else with a Polynesian flare!
N-Z Pupu (side dish): fresh pineapple, mango, papaya, poi, sticky rice, fried rice, poi, tropical green salad, tropical fruit salad, tropical trail mix, veggies and tropical dip, be creative and have fun!!

Ticket sales will go to Kehulili O Kailani and The Mark Doddridge Art Fund; it is our tradition, passed on from our Kumu Hula, Ginger Keahi Allen, to choose a fund to support, since we will be at Park Dale Lane this year, we are proud to support an art fund named for Mr. Doddridge a teacher who’s love of art has carried on even after his untimely passing.
